A Quiet Pause

The last couple of months have been quieter than usual. My dad had a mild stroke, and it was a reminder to pause and focus on what matters.
Moments like that have a way of slowing everything down. They shift your attention to the small, familiar things we move past too quickly. The conversations, the routines, the sense of presence that feels comforting.
This quiet pause has made me grateful for those small moments. The ones that don’t announce themselves, but somehow stay with you. They’re the moments that matter most.
As the year comes to an end, I’m holding onto that sense of gratitude and carrying it forward.
Wishing you and yours a happy, healthy new year.
XO,
Suzann
