I came across this sidewalk art while walking through South Beach and had to stop. There was something so playful and peaceful about these koi fish painted on the concrete. I snapped a quick photo and couldn’t stop thinking about it. Later, in my studio, I gave it a whole new vibe—changed the colors, shifted the mood, and added depth to turn it into something calming and a little mysterious. Now it feels like they’re swimming in a whole new world.
